I do interval training and needed something to track me, without the need of starting and stopping a timer. I currently have 6 interval timers saved, and this has made all the difference for me! My workouts are more streamlined and I don't need to worry about my heart rate dropping too low between sets. You can set prep time, length of each set, and rest time in between, and you can save each timer by its own name or purpose (ie: Warmups, Warmup Sprints, etc). This app is perfect!

Perfect for my needs. I'm starting running again after too many years, and this is exactly what I need. I can set warm up, cool down, interval lengths, number of repetitions, alarm type, and volume. I really couldn't ask for more. I'll also be trying this out for productivity at work as another reviewer suggested.

I have only used this for one day (workout and cooking), but I am super impressed so far. If it continues to be reliable, I am planning to buy the ad-free version. However, with the free version, it is possible to get 3 days of ad-free use by watching two ads. I consider this to reasonable, and the least I can do given that this developer put together an app that is easy to use, and he/she/they deserve some sort of compensation for creating this user-friendly and extremely convenient app.
