Useless. I purchased the voice and SMS bundle via the app, didn't work so I contacted customer service where they told me I can't call or message numbers that aren't Dutch. As an international student that makes AH mobile absolutely useless to me. Money is gone and nothing was offered to solve the issue. Get a different provider.

App has become useless. AH has renewed their telecom services, without any decent notification. According to customer support they are working on a new app, but they could not give a target launch date. The app is the lifeline for Slim only customers like me. Buying credits can now only be done through the website, but you won't find the same combi deals (AH slim only), prices have gone up. And how to check balances and due dates now, SMS? This feels like a bad remake of Back to the Future

Bad move of AH Mobiel not letting its users officially know that since early November 2019 they were moving their banking service to another bank and therefore there would have been some unsolved issues for quite some time (App stops working, etc). After being forced to call the customer service several time to ask about the issue and to check when my package expires or how many MB of internet are left, I just changed operator. Issue still going on. Not recommended.
