the order was an hour and forty minutes late. and the delivery guy didn't care, i believe they are used to that. i will delete my account. I don't recommend using the app. edit.. I will not contact you because I had already sent two complaints while I was waiting for the order and I didn't get any answer from you. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP. THEY WON'T LET YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.

This app used to give a very good service, but now its really a frustrating experience. *Shows items as available ā theyāre not. *Takes my money ā delivers half an order. *No reliable customer service, no hotline or number to call, no chat, just send comments, and nothing happens.

I ordered only one item that is listed on the app but after payment it's says its not available... when it's not available why it is showing on app. On top of it, when I cancel the order I was charged service and delivery charge. This is worst service when nothing being delivered why I have been charged and non availability is not my mistake as well. I have been using other delivery app which is do incredibly great but this is the only one app is scaming the customer. It happend to me many times
