I'm wondering if the customer support even exists. I bought the expensive hardware, paid the $50 for a month of service and used it 2 days before it says "restricted" I no longer have an active subscription. I login to the website and it confirms my subscription is active and paid up, but this hardware and the app are now just bricked. There is no way to contact support, you can only send a ticket. I did this about 5 hours ago (weekday midday) and no response not even acknowledging receipt :(

It's literally my only option but even if I had another option, I would stick with Starlink. Faster than local service providers. You just set up and go. It's "here's the product, have fun". The app has everything you need to know and is easily accessible but also makes the technical stuff available too. 10/10

Starlink is amazing. we had terrible internet for 2 years before we decided to finally get starlink best decision we ever made. this app helps alot! showing step by step what we needed to do to set up the equipment as well as showing us obstructions and making aligning the dish easy. it's pricy but so worth it!!!!
