While the core functionality of the app is good, it's a total cash grab where all but the most basic fonts, icons and templates require a subscription that's costs more annually than the printer was to buy in the first place. To make matters worse, the indicators for what is a "VIP" only item vs the included ones is not clear, forcing you to redesign again and again until you find one you can actually print without subscribing. No option to not display the VIP content mixed in with the rest.

since the recent update, my saved labels do not print properly. the images print but the text is not printing properly. the right and left side of the sentence prints but the middle letters are not there. almost like they are hidden behind a text box. I tried deleting and re-typing but same thing happens. before the update I liked the app and device.

Changed up the app and makes you pay for what was free with the app originally. So now for my printers that I bought and paid for. Now they want me to pay more for stuff I was able to do in the app for free. I used to reccommend the printers that use this app. Not anymore I wont....this is just greedy. Make the AI stuff payable and leave the rest alone so you're not cheating old customers out of what they paid for. Cheating old customers mean that they won't come back.
