The app won't save any of my templates or change/save the default label size. Every time I open the app to print something, I'm starting from scratch. When I try to save a template, the app freezes up with the "saving" icon, and I have to force close the app.

Very easy to use. Convenient. Lots of settings. Been having an issue lately where when I print the first label after having the app closed for a while a message pops up that recommends I link my email so I enter my email hoping it'll stop popping up, then it has me confirm I'm not a robot, just to then tell me I already have an account. I'm already signed into the app.

Can you turn off the "subscribe to pro" advertisement? It take up my editing space. Can't believe that sell printer and ask us to subscribe for some additional fonts. Even different printer gets different set of fonts? And how about saving templates to print to any compatible printer I like, instead of each printer gets different saved templates? The borders are horribly thick and invade all space in the label, unusable.
