I've been using PayPal for probably 20 years and rarely ever had issues in the time. recently they merged business and standard accounts into one. Since this merge, I've had nothing but issues with this app. I can't send a full invoice with my notes, full business info, it looks total different on the app. I can't check activity, the button doesn't function, I can't update tracking, option doesn't appear. the entire app is different and half not functioning. Please FIX these issues

I've seen other reviews with the same problem. Been months since I've been able to use the app because it crashes every time. When I open the app I get a spinning wheel where my balance should be, none of the icons work, and then it closes automatically. Yes I tried to clear cache, data and did a fresh install. It made no difference. Frustrating for a business client which is why I moved to my banks integrated payments, square and zelle.

Terrible service everything sucks. Instructions are unclear the website is laggy and it sends you to the app, but the app tells you it's no longer in service. It didn't want to let me link a card to an account at all, and then when I made a new account it didn't let me link the same card AGAIN because it was now somehow connected to the previous account. Absolute disappointment. Do better 👎
