Great quality and shows. However, the ad breaks greatly exceed other TV subscriptions in frequency and length. I shouldn't have to watch 6+ two minute ads for a twenty minute episode. Not to mention, if you have to rewind a couple seconds to see what you missed before the ad, you have to watch the ad to see the prior scene, and then have to watch it AGAIN to get to the point you were just at. Three times just for a simple few second recap is ridiculous.

it has some great shows and movies don't get me wrong. But on my chromecast 50% of the time it's not working like it's supposed too. shows that speed them self's, the menu doesn't work like it's supposed too the screen is changing size mis episode for some unexplainable reason. i don't have these issues with other streaming services except disney+.

So many issues. The layout is horrible. The app gives random error messages while browsing, streaming, and watching. Sometimes it continues with what you are doing, sometimes it goes back to the homescreen when an error message pops up. It now refuses to fully connect to Chromecast (I've tried multiple gens and devices). The Disney logo, and the annoying chime, will cast for a minute, then it disconnects with error message. Not calling tech support again; I haven't got 2 hours to waste.
