i love this app in general, and I use it daily. However, they do have some glitches that probably need to be tended to. That being said, I'm sure it's difficult with all the updates that they have. I know they're trying. I've had it for 5 years and it's really good in addition to inkscape for designing. I gave it a four star just because of the glitches, that it does have pretty often.

The print to cut feature has sbeen malfunctioning for the past 4 years and it hasn't efficiently been fixed, especially for Androids. I've tried on three separate devices and new pictures fail to show up when going to make a project. A common issue expreseed across multiple forums. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting but the issue is still not resolved. The app lacks any and all reliable features that would make troubleshooting more effective.

Update: Issues have been resolved. Original Issue: Since the end of April 2023 cannot open 80% of projects on Android mobile app. "Unable to retrieve payment information." I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache/data, logged back in, turned around 3 times and clapped my hands still can't use mobile app. Works fine from pc Bluetooth and wire connection. I'm tired of having to bring the machine upstairs to get close enough to the PC please fix.
