5 stars to three stars. Still one of the better browsers available. The automatic ad blocks alone are great enough to use it and they're better than most of what I've found in other browsers; it's almost impossible to use the internet without ad blocks now. But there's an irritating issue I've been getting where the browser shuts down and removes all my recent tabs history. Sometimes it's because I've opened one too many tabs, but even when it's not much it happens.

Brave starts out pretty great. Whenever I get a new phone and redownload it for the first time, it succeeds in being the perfect ad blocker but after a few months, it stops blocking the ads and pop ups and no matter what I do, I can never fix it, which is the only reason I use it to begin with. I really love using it but I wish it was consistent.

Easily replaced Google for me. Much better AND much less bias of search results. Edit: It was great until recently. The picture-in-picture randomly stopped working. That was my main use for Brave. I tried everything, even deleting and reinstalling the app... I just lost all my tabs and everything I've accumulated over years. Didn't realize there wasn't a way I signed in to save my sheeeet. So that sucks
