The app is so broken nowadays it's genuinely unplayable. There's a broken VIP sale button on the home screen which says "CAA AABO e". I can't open my profile, nor my wishlist. I can only scroll through a few pages of the clothing store or look at a few of my looks before it ceases to work completely. Half of the time when I log in or open the game, part of the screen is completely black. The wheel of fortune covers the entire screen so you can't even see most of the wheel. I could go on...

The customer service in this game is RIDICULOUS! I lost my account 8 years ago, contacted them, explained the situation precisely and gave a bunch of proof and information that the account is mine as I remember all passwords and emails I used on it while I had access to it. They answered that I can use "forgot my password" (which I obviously can't). Also told me to send payment receives. I didn't buy anything but I should still get support to recover it. I gave enough proof it's MY account.

It's an incredibly fun game, but FULL of bugs and glitches. The developers/moderators are lazy. They are now focusing too much on msp2. They always focus on the wrong things, and are always banning the wrong people. Many older people on the game tell other to k!11 themselves over little things, are inappropriate, and extremely rude, yet they ignore it. But yes, it's a fun game and i will continue to play it to relive my childhood, and I think that's the only thing keeping the game up.
