I have been using this app for a while but recently the app glitches and bugs are so bad I went to delete the ap. to give you an example I have been saving money in the ordinary savings future app thinking I will be able to withdraw whenever I need the money but to day when I need the money the most it doesn't work I need to make the payment to day but unable to do so. I got humiliated and now looking to stringers to beg for money when I already have my own🤦🏾. such a poor development, fix it.

I have been using the CBEBirr app for a long time. Recently, I uninstalled the older one and installed the updated one on my device. However, the updated CBEBirr Plus (v 1.0.0) doesn't work. When I entered my phone number and clicked sign, it showed the warning message that says, "This SIM number is not found in this phone, or you have not enabled call permission for this app," even if the SIM card is in the device and all required permissions were enabled. Plse show me how to solve this issue.
