Wave - Mobile Money

The app is getting better with the updates. I willsuggest that as a way of improving your services, the use of 'USSD ' (Unstructured Supplementary Services Data) codes should be introduced in partnership with other services providers like NAWEC and the telecom companies and the banks to enable us use your services even with a basic phone or when out of data. One should also be able to transfer money from the wallet to the bank and vice versa.

Wave has eradicate all obstacles in our daily financial transactions. It's very convenient,reliable and hassle free. I send money to my loved ones and while i was in The Gambia, i paid my house rent to my landlord through wave at a very reasonable and convenient time and they can access it without hassle. I would suggest wave to include the purpose of payment ( reasons for payment) so that those who pay transactions through wave can able to identify what transaction was for which purpose.

wave is very bad when it comes to refunding,whenever you send credit instead of money mistakenly it takes weeks before getting it back am facing the same problem but still i don't get mine
