Great deals and prices during certain seasons. But terrible customer service support based in Turkey. Recently, last month, I bought some items but didn't receive. I had to go through a chatbot (but it had no history so I had to keep repeating my case). Trendyol said courier verified that they delivered items. That's all the updates I received after 2 weeks, when they said they would get back to me asap.

I was really disappointed with this app. Some products show a low price at first, but once I add them to the cart, the price suddenly increases. This is very misleading and frustrating. It makes me lose trust in the app and feel discouraged from using it again.

I love the items, but am unable to purchase, because everytime when I try to check out I need to receive some code on my mobile and this code never arrives. I tried searching some chat, or support options but never succeeded. If someone can help, I will change my rate and start buying asap.
