Tuya Smart

I use this app for my Tuya video doorbell and it is basically useless. When someone rings the bell it can take up to a minute before I receive the notification on my phone. Then it takes an other minute to "establish an encripted channel", which sometines ends with the message "failed". But when I finally can see my visitor (if he/she did not already leave), a conversation is impossible because my speech takes again up to a minute to be heared and the visitor can hardly be heared.

I have used this app for years, and it has always worked great! For the most part... Every now and then some of my light bulbs won't be connected again and I'll have to relearn how to reconnect them. Like every six months or so. I can never be sure if it is because of this app, Google Home, or Alexa though, lol. The main thing is that I can usually relearn how to connect my bulbs in 30 minutes or less. And considering how convoluted everything is these days, I'm plenty happy with that.

Ever since the newest update my lights are unresponsive. The app itself is also not working properly as when I try to control a light it's stuck in the first screen I click on. Even when I try to make the lights a warm color they don't respond and now are stuck in a cool white color. I have tried reconnecting to the lights, deleting the lights and connecting to them again, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and so far nothing has worked. It seems to be an app issue and not a light issue.
