InstaShop is a great app, but more focus is needed on improving the service, not just marketing. Delivery delays are frustrating — sometimes orders take over two hours, and a coupon isn’t a real solution. Other apps offer faster service. We hope you improve performance and delivery to keep InstaShop competitive and reliable.

Update: Useless response. You could have easily called to attempt to fix problems instead of a copy paste response. The app and customer service was excellent in the beginning. However, customer service for the past year has been getting progressively worse and unresponsive and unprofessional. The app is also becoming very misleading giving prices that are incorrect and delivering items without letting the customer know the price difference. It's becoming a trash app with poor customer service.

A problem with InstaShop Egypt: The worst customer service ever, with no response at all. Issues remain unresolved for days before any action is taken. Unfortunately, customer service is a major reason this app is failing My issue still hasn’t been resolved, and there’s no one to contact—no phone number, no email. Even the email you sent to supposedly solve the issue hasn't been answered Sadly, this app has become one of the worst because of its
