Adding a driving activity no longer decreases the total step count, so now it will always show the incorrect amount of steps after riding my motorcycle. This makes the core functionality of this app quite useless now as it'll always be off by several thousand steps. EDIT: Read my message before telling me to do exactly what I've tried doing. And no, I won't go to your support page because this issue is already known by your team but left unresolved as per the Fitbit community forums.

Hi, Rick. Sorry to hear this. If you want to remove the steps from your daily total, manually log the driving activity for the time you were in a vehicle. This is a decent fitness tracker. Not perfect, but does a lot. But why does my Fitbit Sense have a Sleep Mode if I can't select for it to automatically engage at night and resume normal operation in the morning? Remembering to activate it after it annoys you at night, then remembering to turn it off are daily reminders of the lack of common sense in this app.

Was good at first. Helped me track exercises and sleep which is what I really wanted. Then I started to encounter syncing issues. After uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit, I've since lost the ability to log into Fitbit all together. None of the online solutions have been helpful. I haven't been able to get hold of telephone support. Please also note, the period tracker is not fit for purpose. It should allow you to amend the time of ovulation as well as presence /absence of a period.
