About this app

DiskDigger can undelete and recover lost photos, images, or videos from your internal memory or external memory card. Whether you accidentally deleted a photo, or even reformatted your memory card, DiskDigger's powerful data recovery features can find your lost pictures and videos, and let you restore them.

You can upload your recovered files directly to Google Drive, Dropbox, or send them via email. The app also allows you to save the files to a different local folder on your device.

Note: DiskDigger requires the "Access all files" permission on your device, to be able to search all locations on the device for lost and recoverable photos. When you are asked for this permission, please enable it so that DiskDigger can search your device most effectively.

* If your device is not rooted, the app will perform a "limited" scan for your deleted photos or videos by searching your cache and thumbnails.

* If your device is rooted, the app will search all of your device's memory for any trace of photos, as well as videos!

* After the scan is complete, tap the "Clean up" button to permanently delete any items that you no longer need (currently an experimental feature, available only in the Basic Scan).

* You can also use the "Wipe free space" option to erase the remaining free space on your device, so that any deleted files can no longer be recoverable.

For complete instructions, please see http://diskdigger.org/android

If you need to recover more types of files besides photos and videos, try DiskDigger Pro!

Easy to use but the quality sucks. It's understandable that it's gonna be a low quality when you u try to get old deleted photos back, however, the qualities are more worse when I tried using the app. The photos are disoriented and the random colors were in it making the hard for me to identify which is the photo I'm looking for. Overall, I wasted my time waiting for hours to find all my files but end up disappointed.

I accidentally deleted some really important photos from my phone, and I thought they were gone for good. I tried a few apps, but nothing worked—until I found DiskDigger. It was super easy to use and managed to recover almost all of my lost pictures, even some I had deleted weeks ago! I love that I could save them directly to Google Drive and back them up right away. If you’re looking for a reliable photo recovery app, this one really works. Highly recommended!

I lost over 500 precious photos and I was fanatically searching for a solution. Some apps wanted money, some didn't work at all, some did however they did not restore full resolution pictures; and then came DiskDigger! Free and Efficient! It saved my day. I'm probably gonna buy it just so as to support what they are doing for the people! I wish I could give 10 out of 5 stars! For those who are not able to recover the full photo, are you really using it right? In settings u can put 1mb n higher.
