If I was to give this review a title it would be "It works." The Acuity service itself is fine. It has a few glitches & things are often harder to find or harder to do than they need to be (or impossible such as setting a default tip %) but it works. It can be set up to cater for a wide range of industries and so for the price, it works ok for a Pilates business but it's very slow, and not that intuitive. Recently, it logs me out every time I leave the app which is extremely frustrating.

Literally completely and utterly useless. it's been getting worse and worse over the last 3 years, but now, after updating 2 days ago, cannot even use it at all. First it stopped processing credit card payments. I contacted support, they insisted it's my device in spite of the fact I have 2 different devices BOTH having the same problem. then it stopped letting me store credit card to secure appointments. Have to go to website. Now the app takes me to website. USELESS.

This app started off well, but is going down hill fast. From other reviews, it sounds like nothing is getting done. For me: 1: The dates on the calendar glitch and won't display properly 2: The app keeps shutting down completely randomly, for example when I select the "cart" option (and yes I closed and reopened) 3: I tried to leave a feedback within the app. I cannot submit a screenshot nor will my written feedback submit. The Acuity website, 2 of my clients got randomly unsubscribed from pay
