The app works and is the only way to buy tickets for entry and priority passes at the park. The wait times update regularly and are useful when visiting. However the app is data hungry and the Park has no functioning public WiFi. Without a data connection it is useless. There is better information about the attractions and schedules on the website than on the app, so I needed to be switching between them. The app could use more functionality like a planner, wishlists, walking directions, etc

App keeps crashing, getting error messages all the time, when trying to scan unscanned tickets it gives me an error that ticket was already scanned which is not true. Loading time ( if you are lucky to get that far in the app ) is like from 1990s - super slow loading. Getting DPA is nearly impossible. Waste of time. Only good thing is that it will tell you what the waiting time is for each attraction. You need a serious update for this app.

This app is terrible. Bring as many phones as you can with this app installed as you can't know if yours will work or not. Mine worked just fine until the day of the visit. Server error. Pixel 7 didn't work, a new iphone didn't work but a random Android phone did. We had a great day, but we could've had a terrible one because of this app. Get your * together Disney. It's embarrassing.
