The app doesn't fully support the NVR, monitor and mise are needed for full functionality. The app doesn't remember your connected devices when you reinstall the app. A full reset of EACH camera is needed. The app sometimes says a battery camera needs to be updated when the camera shows the most recent firmware. The cameras need to be fully reset then re-added to the app to get them back into the app. The app often has issues connecting and a force close re-open is needed.

I honestly will switch companies when I get a chance. App/cameras (multiple ones) captures a lot of "nothings" or false alarms and skips over when someone gets there. It'll capture the delivery people walking off vs getting there all the time, despite how I set it. Customer service is also horrible and will give you the run around.

It's a sometimes app, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Notifications are on point and the cameras are pretty good, this app has an attitude. I would get random timeouts while catching a feed and the only way to fix this is to close and stop the app, then restart it. sometimes I can just exit the app and go back in and it works. oh, and with the recent update, I get double notifications for the same event. I believe it is app related as I'm going to run Blue Iris to confirm.
