The graphics are good and it is a great way to keep your mind active. However the downside is the algorithms in relation to winning or loosing a game. For an example, in one game I played after two rounds my opponent won the game and I did not have two cards matching. If you were playing this game in reality you would not even have that luck of winning a game so quickly playing against another human being.

WARNING: After hitting level 100, be prepared to start paying for chips. I'm level 112 and played on a top 5 team.... so i am not terrible at Gin. I have lost 14 games of my last 16. The algorithm of this game is so stacked against you. The moment you begin to advance, it makes sure that you spend equal or more time losing. I've played this app and in real life for a long time and NO ONE has this bad of luck. I'm done.

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way, T.E. Please note though that the distribution of cards in Grand Gin Rummy is generated randomly and not influenced by players' experience levels, the table entry, nor whether or not they make in-app purchases. The same conditions apply to each player and it is always the same generator that deals the cards.

**UPDATED REVIEW* This game used to be fun. It is rigged to keep you from winning so you'll purchase coins. Discarded cards reappear in the draw pile, and it is nearly impossible to level up anymore....been playing for months and haven't leveled up once! Graphics and colors are beautiful. Something has changed. Rarely win anymore. Hardly ever get promoted in the league because I keep losing all the time which lowers the free coins you get every 4 hours. Just not fun anymore. Will be deleting.

We're sorry to hear you've had a run of bad luck though it's important to note, our distribution algorithm ensures random dealing and is never influenced by the participating players. The algorithm also corresponds to normal distribution, meaning while players can get different strength hands, on average, all players are dealt to evenly.
