I like the service, and my doctor is good. The only issue I have is I accidentally subscribed for a year and wasn't able to get a refund. I seen the $1 per day and I meant to pay for the lesser of the 2 subscription options to try it out at first which turned out to be the $35 a month quarterly plan. If they would have refunded me for the other 3 quarters and kept the $105 for the first quarter I think would have been fair. So the service is good but their refund policy is non existent.

Hi Julian,Our yearly subscription plan is $1/day- billed annually,total of $365, as mentioned on the subscription selection screen.It includes unlimited consultations, prescriptions, medical notes and other benefits.Due to the nature of the service we provide, all our subscriptions are non-refundable,especially when the services have been availed.

very shady . not at all an ethical site . theirs nothing on their site especially using a phone that says they'll bill you 365.00 after agreeing to pay 1.00 per day for use of their services. pretty sweet deal considering the alternative which is 30.00 or 15.00 for the day . so everyone clicks 1.00 everyone gets a hidden charge instantly and offered a 50% refund . hmm , why didn't I think of that brilliant idea. "doctors"scamming people.

Minimum charge of $105 ($35 "per month" but charged quarterly). There are more affordable options and they know it; they're just counting on customers being too sick to carefully read the fine print. There's no checkout where you have a chance to confirm the amount you're paying, even the invoice hides what they charged in an attachment. Really gross approach to business. Don't forget to cancel (and cancel for any elderly parents) or you'll be paying out every three months, used or not.

Your Doctors Online offers a quarterly plan of $35/month - billed monthly and a yearly plan of$20/month - billed annually, with additional benefits of free medical notes and nutritionist access. The subscriptions are automatically renewed unless the cancellation is submitted. Customers still get access until the end of the billing period.
