The app seems well designed. However the more you use it the more errors you encounter. I noticed several times now it advertised hotel loyalty points eligible, when after the trip it changed to not eligible. It has started adding a "Savings Finder" fee after your stay, that makes it more expensive than booking somewhere else. They advertise "machine learning-based technology", and I suspect it is arbitrarily upcharging fees for savings that never existed.

Developers quickly fixed an issue I had but next game changer is to be able to add eticket onto Google Wallet. The eticket downloads as pdf so not easy to access.

Hi Katy - very sorry for the error you encountered. We've released a hotfix (10.9.1) that resolves this 'Cruise API - collect' issue. Storing e-tickets in Wallet apps is among several enhancements being prioritized in our backlog. Thanks for your feedback and travel safely!

Recently had a worst experience. Company initiated payment on my credit card, which I've never asked or planned for. Due to the fraudulent transactions, my card is getting blocked. Raised a query and waiting for the replay from Egencia for the incident.
