this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level.

❗USE GEMS ONLY FOR UPGRADES❗It would be a great game if it didn't have you use both coins AND gems for the upgrades. Most games would have you use gems if you don't have enough coins, not this game. I can't play anymore because I don't have enough gems to make the upgrades also mostly everything is locked behind an ad or paywall. Any rewards that you get for "free" are either very little or useless so that if you want to progress you have no choice but to pay.

Hello! In-game purchases are not required, it is important to us that everyone has the opportunity to play. You can also get crystals for daily login and endless levels, as well as for watching videos and participating in in-game events. Try to exchange rewards for upgrades right away and you will definitely be able to cope with the tasks!

A year or two ago, I just COULDN'T accrue enough gems to get past where I was in the game while still enjoying the game. I was either playing the same level repeatedly, KNOWING I wasn't going to progress, or spending literal days waiting for the daily log in bonuses or ads that MIGHT give me *a* gem to stack up. I downloaded the other day to see if there was any improvement and not only was there not any, I can't make it past the FIRST hotel without having several days of waiting. Awful design.

Hello! There are many ways to earn crystals in the game: completing tasks, daily rewards, watching videos, endless levels at the end of each hotel, and in the Bank menu.
