This has been a huge productivity boon for me. It is a great complete ecosystem for voice to text plus AI summary. The sharing and other app functions make it easy to action the data that is generated. It is NOT restricted to only files from the device which adds tremendous flexibility. The only thing in trying to figure out is how to intercept/record audio from a headset. Looking forward to a new device that can help with that. I use this as an accessibility tool as my hearing is poor.

This is an extremely helpful device for recording dreams, telephone calls, and conversations for later review. Most of the summaries are spot on and helpful. The only drawback is I'd like to be able to save the audio, summary, and transcript in one or two taps. I also would like a better intervace on the PC as using my phone is not as convenient for me. Also, you folks need to design your lanyand better. As it stands it doesn't hold the Plaud. Finally, I'd like a wrist attachment in black.

Early days but I'm favorably impressed. I'm only using the free service and have made only half a dozen recordings. Three have been transcribed and analysed. All have some errors due misunderstanding of the audio. While the analyses are impressive they do contain a number of errors and misinterpretations. One thing I find unsatisfactory to date is that there appears to be no automatic distinction between different speakers but maybe that's just because I have yet to learn how to use the system.
